The stated delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays in delivery are in no case ground for termination of the agreement or payment of damages.
In case of an international delivery (outside Belgium), goods may be subject to import duties/taxes/customs clearance, specific to the country of delivery. We are not responsible for any of these additional charges and cannot predict the amount of these charges. You acknowledge that you have no right to reclaim these costs from us. We kindly invite you to verify the customs policies for the country of delivery before finishing your order, to avoid surprises.
If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address, any additional costs of redelivery will be charged to you.
In case a parcel gets lost on its way to you, we will:
(1) Subject to availability, resend all items included in your order.
(2) If we cannot resend your order in its totality, we will provide you with a voucher for the amount of the missing items, to order other goods on our website. Please note that we do not reimburse funds for lost packages.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the Buyer.
